This original woodblock print is from the Meiji Era (circa 1901). This woodblock was taken from a kimono design book, originally intended to showcase custom made kimonos. The image is of a kimono (summer kimono?), showing a delicate late summer scene. At the top in a dragonfly flying above a group of dianthus. The dimensions of the print are 7 7/8" in height by 5 3/8 in width. The print is in excellent condition.
