This rare summer girl's kimono is probably from the early Showa era (1926-1988). The kimono is made from summer ro silk depicted with lovely summer floral designs and an abstract ocean wave pattern. As most of the summer garments, this piece does not have lining, except over the bottom section. The both shoulders are tacked for size adjustment (The tacks can be removed). There are stains on the bottom lining due to the age; otherwise it is in excellent condition.
