This rustic and sweet kasuri (ikat) was probably from the early to mid 1900s. The kimono was made from cotton and the pattern was woven in as both weft and warp were dyed respectively prior to weaving. The kimono has indigo blue with light blue pattern. The pattern of the kasuri indicates that this kimono was probably made in Shikoku-island. There is no lining. It is in excellent condition. The dimensions are:

Length: approximately 50"
Sleeve Length: approximately 15"
Body Width: approximately 21"
