This charming yukata is from the late Showa era (1926-1988). The yukata is made from cotton (no lining). The design of the yukata shows white butterflies flying over summer grass against a "checkerboard" background in brownish pink and very dark eggplant (almost black). It is relatively a rare design. The yukata is in excellent condition.
