This impressive maru obi is probably from the late 1800s. The obi is made from silk and shows a dynamic layout of pine tree, chrysanthemum, and a variety of auspicious symbols. The dominant colors on this obi are olive green, rustic blue-gray, silvery-white, and bronze-yellow. The obi is in excellent condition. This particular obi is 13" in width and 156" in length.
