This oribe oil bottle is from the late Meiji to very early Taisho Era. It is a typical Oribe style ceramic vessel made of earthenware with a chrysanthemum design on the sides. It has normal wear for a piece of that age and has normal pin marks in the glaze from the firing process, otherwise it is in excellent condition.
